We hate this part of websites.  Of course businesses are going to try to market themselves and, perhaps, oversell to stand out.  We have decided to just tell you who we are, what we do and a little about us so that you can make the decision if you like what you read.

We are a small firm which allows each and every one of us to work on your case.  This allows any one of us to help you when you call.  Additionally, we do not over charge for this service.  In our minds, this is how a law firm should be run for better client services.

Also, we are regular people that are very good at what we do.  We do not over reach and try to handle matters that we should not be doing just to run up a bill.  We do not treat you as a file or an ATM  - we treat you as someone with a problem that needs our help.

Lastly - we take our work very seriously, however, we do not always take ourselves seriously.  We have been voted by other lawyers as a Super Lawyer (in the Top 5% of lawyers in Virginia), one of Virginia's Legal Elite in Family Law (multiple times!), one of Coastal Virginia Magazines Top Trial Lawyers in Family Law, Criminal Law, and Civil Law Firms.  On a lighter note, check out our YouTube page or our Video Page for our "silly escapades".
