Also, he has been recognized as part of the team obtaining a multi-million dollar result for a client. Brian also has been part of the team (and lead counsel of record) for a million dollar settlement and part of the team that obtained the, at that time, largest accident verdict in the history of Virginia ($46 million). During the course of his practice, Brian has handled many different types of cases. At times it seems that there has not been a practice area that Brian has not litigated or come across. These include personal injury, traffic matters, family law (divorce, custody, child support, visitation, adoption, etc), criminal cases, bankruptcy, contract disputes, real estate and wills.
Very important to know is that Brian is a single father. Having gone through a divorce and custody case he offers a unique perspective that most other lawyers do not have for their cases.
